SAFETY WARNINGS: · Lights get hot enough to burn flesh – be careful · Lights will burn holes in most materials if placed too close · Do not look directly into bright lights · Use steel safety cables tied to structural members to protect against falling equipment · Tighten all nuts and other fastening devices securely to prevent falling or slipping · Always use ground fault protected receptacles and circuits when the equipment is located outside or in damp or wet locations or in kitchens, bathrooms, basements…. · Do not overload electrical circuits, lighting equipment must not exceed 75% of circuit capacity · Tripods and other stands can tip over if placed on uneven ground or if they are jolted or hit or exposed to high winds · Equipment is heavy, use hand trucks as necessary, do not lift equipment alone · Never lift equipment over your head · Do not use extension cords as ropes or other tie-down or supporting cords/straps · Never place an extension cord in a closing doorway –it will pinch and short it out. · All cords must be coved and taped down to the floor when crossing walkways or doorways
